2. Bid # FY2019-0002 for the Riverdale School HVAC and Miscellaneous Systems Modernization

I move to award bid #FY2019-0002 to Wagner General Contractors in the amount of $4,041,000 for the Riverdale School HVAC and Miscellaneous Systems Modernization, passed with a motion by Mrs. Betsy Landers and a second by Mrs. Linda Fisher.

Discussion:

Superintendent Jason Manuel briefed on the need for the Special Call Meeting to approve this Bid for the Project.

Chief of Operations, Josh Cathey explained in detail the Bid process, Projected short timeline and the need to include windows replacement and fire sprinklers in this project.
