Recommended Motion(s):  I move to approve the MOU between the City of Germantown and the Germantown Municipal School District to fund the construction of a Central Office/ Administrative Building, passed with a motion by Board Member #1 and a second by Board Member #2.
9.B. Modification of 2018-19 Instructional Calendar
Recommended Motion(s):  I move to approve the modifications to the GMSD 2018-19 Instructional Calendar, passed with a motion by Board Member #1 and a second by Board Member #2.

9.C. Approval of purchase and installation of rooftop HVAC units at Farmington Elementary School
Recommended Motion(s):  I move to approve the purchase and installation of replacement HVAC rooftop units, exhaust fans, and hoods at Farmington Elementary School in the amount of $599,445 with Trane Company, passed with a motion by Board Member #1 and a second by Board Member #2.
