2. School fees and Activity Costs

Discussion:
Superintendent Jason Manuel gave a brief update on School fees. He explained the two main categories,
-Requested Student fees - Fees for a class/course which are part of a grade and/or credit course
-Activity Costs - Costs for activities which occur outside the regular school day and are not part of a credited course
He said that apart from the list of items presented to the Board at this time, there will be a second amendment coming up later for winter sports and clubs.
Chief Financial Officer Kevin Jones answered the questions of the Board members

Chairman Linda Fisher, on behalf of the school board, thanked Board member Mark Dely for all his hard work and dedication in the formation of the Germantown Municipal School District. Mr. Dely had submitted his resignation from the Germantown Board of Education.
Superintendent Jason Manuel appreciated and thanked Mr. Dely for his support to the school district and presented him with a photo collage of moments of Mr. Dely with the District.
The meeting was adjourned at 6:23 pm.
