1. Call to Order

Present - Chairman Lisa Parker, Board members -Ken Hoover, Mark Dely, Natalie Williams(electronic)
Absent - Vice-Chairman Linda Fisher.
Chairman Lisa Parker called the meeting to order at 3:05 pm.

2. Approval of Maintenance Contract

Discussion:
Josh Cathey, Chief of Operations, briefed on the general terms of the contract and the time constraint faced to sign this contract in order to enable summer maintenance work being done at the schools.
Board member Mark Dely requested to make sure that the final contract did not have any major changes in the material aspect.
Board member Ken Hoover stated that he is voting a "Yes" based on the fact that it is made clear that the Executive Committee comprising of the Chairman and the Superintendent are not in power to make any significant changes to the contract. He also recommended not to count the electronic vote of "Yes" by Ms. Natalie Williams.

3. Capital Improvement Projects

Superintendent Jason Manuel briefed on the various options in planning and drafting the Capital Improvement Projects for the Germantown Municipal School District.
Board members and the Cabinet discussed on the layout and planning of the Capital Improvement Planning Committees.
