Chad Fleenor to accept the offer of the Town of Jonesborough for the purchase of the "Old" Jonesborough Middle School building and included property for the amount of $1.8 million ($1.3 Million at closing; $500,000 balance to paid to the WCBOE at 5 years of closing). Final details of agreement to developed by TOJ City Administrator Glenn Rosenoff and WCS Superintendent Jerry Boyd. Final agreement will require approval of all parties involved in the 2020 Inter-local agreement: Washington County Commission, Washington County Board of Education, Town of Jonesborough Mayor and Board of Aldermen.
