1. Strategic Planning

Discussion:
Mr. Lannom asked for questions or comments concerning Dr. Register's ideas and methods. Mrs. Maitland felt the Board should proceed with his ideas in helping the Board plan long and short term goals, especially in the Technology and Maintanence Departments.

2. School Bus Bids
Discussion:
Mr. Jackson presented piggy backed bids from Greene County for 4 C12 Bluebird buses. The company will have them delivered here in June 2017. These four buses will cost $300,000 and are in the budget. A motion was made by Mr. Tate seconded by Mr. Watkins. |

3. Policy Revisions
Discussion:
Policy Revisions were suggested by TSBA after an audit of our manual. The first policy was suggested by the auditors over federal programs in the inventory department. Mrs. Maitland made the motion, Mr. Boals seconded it. |
