Approval of Board Agenda as presented with the addition of a proposed amendment to the FSSD Tax Anticipation Revolving Loan Agreement under Business Before the Board as Item 4. Passed with a motion by Mrs. Allena Bell and a second by Dr. Alicia Barker.

Approval of Consent Agenda as presented Passed with a motion by Mrs. Robin Newman and a second by Mr. Kevin Townsel.

Motion to approve the Resolution to Adopt the Williamson County Multi-Hazard Mitigation Plan Adopted by Board of Commissioners October 8, 2018 Passed with a motion by Mr. Kevin Townsel and a second by Mrs. Allena Bell.

Approval of the Owner Affidavit appointing Lose Design as the authorized agent as outlined in the affidavit during Phase I Passed with a motion by Mrs. Allena Bell and a second by Dr. Alicia Barker.

Motion to approve the 2nd Reading of the revision to Code of Conduct (6.300) as presented, and deleting 6.313. Passed with a motion by Mrs. Robin Newman and a second by Mr. Kevin Townsel.

Motion for the Franklin Special School District Board of Education to approve amending the FSSD Tax Anticipation Revolving Loan Agreement originally dated September 23, 2004, and the associated General Purpose Fund Tax Anticipation Revolving Promissory Note with First Horizon Bank, by increasing the revolving credit line from $5,000,000 to $6,000,000 effective upon completion and execution of appropriate documents as determined by the lender. The Board authorizes Chairman Tim Stillings to act in its behalf in approval and execution of said documents. Motion by roll call vote. Passed with a motion by Mrs. Allena Bell and a second by Mrs. Robin Newman.
