Motion for the Board to empower the Executive Committee to negotiate with the seller of the 205 Eddy Lane property, to enter into a contract which includes contingencies to include a geotechnical survey (soil and environmental) not to exceed the agreed upon price of $5 million, by roll call vote Passed with a motion by Mrs. Allena Bell and a second by Dr. Alicia Barker.
