V.D. Superintendent's Contract Extension Discussion
Discussion:
It was the consensus of the Board for the chairman to meet with Dr. Hamlett to discuss her contract extension and report back to the Board within the next two months.

V.E. Superintendent's Report
Discussion:
The Superintendent report consisted of:
(A) Ginny Hatch, Food Service Director, reported that over 14,000 meals have been served during the Summer Feed Program since June 1. That consists of breakfast, snacks and lunch. The program ends July 22 and has been a big success.
(B) Dr. Hamlett reported on the following dates to remember: July 28 East Elem. Open House at 5:30; Juy 31 Stigall Open House at 5:00; August 18 HJSHS Open House at 5:30; July 26 HJSHS orientation at 9:00 for 9th grade and 10:00 for 7th grade; August 1 is the first day of school for students.
