1. Call to Order and Roll Call
Discussion:
Chairman Williams called the meeting to order. Roll was called and a quorum established.

2.A. Exit Report for District Accreditation
Discussion:
On behalf of the Board, Chairman Williams acknowledges Superintendent Mason, Principals, Central Office Staff and the District Accreditation Team for their hard work on pursuing District Accreditation.
Chairman Williams introduces members of the AdvancedED Team:
• Judy Wesley, Review Leader
• Laura Harper
• Linda Sammons
• Charlotte Fisher (Tipton County) and Felicia Duncan (Wilson County) are also part of the team but not present for the exit report.
Ms. Wesley provides an overview of the process and findings and awards accreditation to the ACS District.
Superintendent Mason recognizes Rochelle Douglas for her hard work and dedication that began over a year prior to accreditation actually taking place.
Chairman Williams called for a recess.

3.A. Recommended Motion to approve the Interlocal Agreement between City of Lakeland Board of Education and Town of Arlington Board of Education.

No Action(s) have been added to this Agenda Item.
Discussion:
Ms. Speakman provides board members with the details of the Interlocal Agreement with Lakeland.
Superintendent Mason recommends the board approve the Interlocal Agreement between City of Lakeland Board of Education and Town of Arlington Board of Education.
