2. PIE Center Construction Contract - Corbett Drew, Principal, Cornerstone Program Management Group, LLC

Discussion:
Corbett Drew, Cornerstone Management Group, LLC, told the Board that they have the Construction Contract with TU Parks down to the guaranteed maximum price of $13,395 million which is roughly $46.00 per square foot. They were also able to keep 32% of the sub-contractors in Cleveland and Bradley County. With approval of the contract, work will start September 1, 2020. They will be able to turn over tenant spaces to the tenants by April 1st and by May 1st, the shell should be complete.
