1. Call to Order - Chairman Weathers

Discussion: Attorney Scott Bennett attended this meeting to help with questions.

2. Persons Requesting to Address the Board on Agenda Items

Discussion: No one signed up to address the Board.

3. Janitorial Contract

Motion to rebid the current contract and to adopt the revised Bid Packet to be used for the bidding process Passed with a motion by Amanda Lee and a second by Vicki Beaty.

3.a. Committee Report to the Board

Discussion: Amanda Lee, Chairwoman of the Janitorial Committee, reported to the Board that she spoke with Scott Bennett regarding the option to extend the current contract for 2 years. His opinion was that if the price of the contract and/or the scope of work changed we will need to rebid the contract. Since we are adding Walker Valley and Prospect, both the price and scope of work will change.

3.b. Discussion

Discussion: The committee worked on revising the original Bid Packet with a list of revisions that will be presented to potential bidders, Mrs. Lee told the Board.

Mrs. Beaty ask about a timeline for this process. The timeline is included in the documents for this meeting.

4. Announcements- The February meeting of the Board will be Thursday, February 13th @ 5:30 pm in this room at the Central Office. The Board retreat will be Saturday, February 15th at Johnston Woods.
