1. Call to Order
Discussion:
The Executive Committee of the Marshall County Board of Education, comprised of Chairman of the Board Donnie Moses and Director of Schools Jackie Abernathy, spoke by phone on Monday, February 1, 2016, at approximately 12:20 p.m. to approve the Resolution asking that building funds left over go to roofs.

Discussion:
During discussions, Ms. Abernathy explained that the County Commission agenda is due prior to the next regularly scheduled Board meeting on February 8, 2016.
