Discussion:
The Executive Committee of the Marshall County Board of Education, comprised of Chairman of the Board Donnie Moses and Director of Schools Jackie Abernathy, spoke by phone Thursday, May 21, 2015, at approximately 10:35 a.m. to approve the bleacher repair bid.

Discussion:
Approving the bid to repair bleachers at Marshall County High School was originally placed on the agenda for the June 11, 2015, meeting of the Marshall County Board of Education. Ms. Abernathy was contacted by the system's maintenance department early May 21 that the company submitting the low bid (Charron) had major jobs coming up, and if awarded the bid, they could start on June 1; otherwise, they would not be able to start repairs until after the beginning of the 2015-2016 school year.
