1. Call to Order
Discussion:
The Executive Committee of the Marshall County Board of Education, comprised of Chairman of the Board Mike Keny and Director of Schools Jackie Abernathy, spoke by phone Thursday, July 31, 2014, at approximately 6:20 p.m. to approve using contingency funds to pay for repair work on the driveway at Marshall Elementary School.

2. Driveway Repair Work
Discussion:
The Executive Committee session was conducted in order to complete the work prior to the start of school.
The Executive Committee voted 2-0 to approve using contingency funds to pay for the work.

Discussion:
The meeting adjourned at approximately 6:30 p.m.
