1. Call to Order
Discussion:
The Executive Committee of the Marshall County Board of Education, comprised of Chairman of the Board Mike Keny and Director of Schools Jackie Abernathy, spoke by phone Friday, June 20, 2014, at approximately 8:30 a.m. for an emergency session. The meeting was held to approve purchasing and replacing a 15-ton air conditioning unit at Marshall Elementary School.

2. Purchase AC Unit

No Action(s) have been added to this Agenda Item.
Discussion:
Discussions revealed that the current unit is inoperable and due to the high temperatures and humidity in the building, the floor wax will not dry. The unit will be purchased from Lewisburg Plumbing & Heating at a cost of $17,294.60.
