1. Call to Order
Discussion:
The Executive Committee of the Marshall County Board of Education, comprised of Chairman of the Board Mike Keny and Director of Schools Jackie Abernathy, spoke by phone Tuesday, July 1, 2014, at approximately 11:15 a.m. to approve the Differentiated Pay Plan prior to sending the plan to the TDOE, as determined during a conversation during the previous night's Budget Committee meeting.

2. Differentiated Pay Plan

Discussion:
During discussions, the Executive Committee was not sure if the plan needed board approval but decided to do so in the event approval is a requirement.
The Executive Committee voted 2-0 to approve the Differentiated Pay Plan.
