1. Call to Order

Discussion: The Executive Committee of the Marshall County Board of Education, comprised of Chairman of the Board Donnie Moses and Director of Schools Jackie Abernathy, spoke by phone Wednesday, November 26, 2014, at approximately 6:45 p.m. to discuss declaring two portables at Chapel Hill Elementary School as surplus.

2. Surplus Portables

Motion passed:

Declare the poartables at CHES as surplus passed with a motion by Mr. Donnie Moses and a second by Mrs. Jackie Abernathy.

No Action(s) have been added to this Agenda Item.

Discussion: Discussions revealed that one portable needs to be removed immediately in order to run conduit to the Delk-Henson Intermediate School. The remaining portable needs to remain in place for a time to serve as storage.

Discussion: The meeting adjourned at approximately 6:55 p.m.
