9.1. Caulking

Discussion:
During the Director's Report, Mr. Sorrells told the board the windows at OGES have been caulked where the windows contact the metal, with success; however, there are leaks where the aluminum storefront touches the brick. The caulking needs to be pulled out and replaced and needs to be professionally done, not by the system's maintenance department. The board agreed to proceed.
