1. AC Unit at WES

Discussion:
The Executive Committee of the Marshall County Board of Education, comprised of Chairman of the Board Donnie Moses and Director of Schools Jackie Abernathy, spoke by phone Wednesday, September 17, 2014, at approximately 8:30 a.m. to discuss AC unit bids; the unit at Westhills Elementary School is in need of replacement.
Discussions revealed that the smaller pipe currently used on the unit is a possible reason the compressors keep failing; even though Lee Company was not the lowest bidder, the company was the only one to agree to replace all the piping.
The meeting adjourned at approximately 8:40 a.m.
