Discussion:
The Executive Committee of the Marshall County Board of Education, comprised of Chairman of the Board Mike Keny and Director of Schools Jackie Abernathy, spoke by phone Monday, October 1, 2012, at approximately 2:40 p.m. from the office of Director of Schools at the Central Office.

2. Attorney's Fees

Discussion:
The meeting was held to approve paying the $3,000 attorney's fee of a Forrest student; this move is to avoid a due process hearing which could result in a cost of $40,000 or more.
