Approval of Memorandum of Understanding to enter into a renewable agreement between Centerstone Community Health Centers, Inc. and Putnam County Schools providing School-Based Mental Health Services in designated Putnam County Schools with the staff to be employees of the Centerstone's School Based Program and to have experience working with school age children with emotional and behavioral challenges, as submitted.
