IV. ADJOURNMENT
Discussion:
Mr. Cook explained that beginning in July Federal Grants will be on the Consent Agenda. He sought legal opinion and due diligence was done in an effort to make sure that moving the grants to the consent agenda was permissible.
Robert Daniel stated that since the board meeting has been moved up a week the financial reports will need to be deferred to the August meeting. The Finance office receives the financials from the state on the 10th of the month and they will not have enough time to have them ready by the 13th. The next board meeting will be July 13th, 6:00 pm, at the Central Office. There will be a study session after Summer Law to go over rental agreements. Glenn Forsee moved to adjourn at approximately 12:09. |
