There were two bidders for the new cooling tower at Harris Middle. Billy Thomas Plumbing and Electric's bid was for $70,600 and Southern Heating and Cooling's bid was for $83,956. Daniel Kleindienst recommends the low bid from Billy Thomas Plumbing and Electric.
