Discussion (Visible on Public Minutes):  Brian Templeton presents drawings for Cleveland High School entrance.  In meetings it had been mentioned they wanted an entrance that was more presentable as the entrance to the high school.  They also want an area where there are seats available if someone is waiting for an admin.  They want to move the SRO toward the front of the building.  They also want to add a conference room at the front to have private discussions with visitors to the building if needed.  They want to add steps at the entrance and create a low grade slope for a handicap entrance.  One of the graphics that will be on the floor at the main entrance will be a timeline of the school.  The walls could be used to display in pictures the history of the schools.  Brian encourages the board to discuss signs, whether you want them to be digital or stationary on the wall.

Discussion (Visible on Public Minutes):  Brian shows the diagram for the new CTE entrance for the high school.  They will use the same existing doors but create a vestibule with a checking window and a new office for the supervisor.  They want to upgrade the existing student restrooms and create new staff restrooms.  They also want to display what is going on in the CTE program.  They want to put windows to be able to see all of the CTE daily classes.  Possibly upgrade to corridor ceilings and lighting throughout CTE Wing.

Discussion (Visible on Public Minutes):  Brian states for the wrestling building lockerrooms they are going to have a new sign, replace the existing drinking fountain with a new one, patch exposed wall and ceiling insulation in the wrestling area and spectator seating, clean ceiling and duct sock in the wrestling area and spectator seating, paint block walls in wrestling area and spectator seating, new divider curtain, paint all hollow metal doors and door frames, replace door and hardware with new, add ductless HVAC system to coach's office, provide new concrete bases for lockers, provide new resinous flooring, except at washer/dryer location, add dryer vent, and new female locker room addition.
