Background Information:
As the Greene County Board of Education and the Greeneville City Board of Education have been working to dissolve the partnership between the two Boards concerning the operation of the Greene Technology Center and Greeneville City Schools have acquired it, it was decided that a new name was needed for the facility as it becomes a Greeneville City Schools facility serving Greeneville High School and TOPS @Greeneville students. Once the new name is approved, the branding process will begin.

Summary of Major Elements:
Approval of a new name for the former Greene Technology Center, based on the recommendations presented from the "working group" as contained in the report from the Donovan group and per GCS Policy 3.210, Naming Facilities.
