Rationale:
Asking the board for permission to change the school system calendar to use 2 of our stockpiled inclement weather days as staff development days. This will allow us to not have school for students on those 2 days and for all school employees to get shots. We had a total of 10 built in inclement weather days this year. As of today we have used 3 inclement weather days and with those 2 being changed from inclement weather to staff development, we would still have 5 remaining inclement weather days. See attached approval from the State Department.
