Rationale:
USDA regulations require the completion of a paid lunch equity worksheet each school year, the results of which dictate the meal prices for the following school year. Adult meals are required to be priced at the reimbursement rate of a free meal plus the USDA Commodity Food Value per meal. See attached Paid Lunch Equity worksheet, USDA Memo SP09-2016, and current meal pricing.
