V.F.1. Approval of the Tennessee School Boards Association's Policy Manual Maintenance and On-line Service Agreement, effective for one (1) year February 1, 2017 - February 1, 2018, as submitted.

Approval to relocate the Voluntary PreK classroom presently located at Algood Middle School (AMS) to the Signature Health Care facility in Algood and this class would be considered an extension of Algood Elementary School (AES), and as such, would be under the supervision of the AES principal.

V.F.3. Approval of a request from Upperman High School to give a 2nd and 3rd supplement to Noah Repasky for the 2016-2017 school year, which will give him Football for his 1st supplement and Girls Track for the 2nd supplement and Boys Track for the 3rd supplement.

V.F.4. Approval of a request from Upperman Middle School (UMS) to name the old Upperman High School Baseball Field - "Shanks Field".

V.F.6. Approval for Putnam County School System Coordinated School Health to partner with Allergy Asthma and Sinus Center (AASC) to place FREE epi pens in all schools with AASC completing needed training to administer the epi pens for all schools.

V.F.7. Approval to authorize the Baxter Senior Citizens Center to utilize the 1953 Section of the original Baxter Elementary School.
