July 23, 2020 at 5:00 PM - Putnam County Board Meeting

I. Approval to enter into contract for the installation of the Cookeville High School Synthetic Sports Turf by and among Cookeville Football Club ("Donor"), a Tennessee nonprofit corporation, Putnam County Board of Education - Putnam County, Tennessee ("Owner"), and Baseline Sports Construction, LLC ("Contractor"), a Tennessee limited liability company, as submitted.

II. Approval of the contract with Upland Design Group - Crossville, Tennessee to oversee the Cookeville High School Synthetic Sports Turf Project installation, as submitted.

III. Approval for Putnam County Schools to join the E & I Cooperative Services Purchasing Cooperative allowable per Tennessee Code Annotated 12-3-1205.

IV. Approval to purchase Electrostatic misters and disinfectants from Ferguson Supply - Cookeville, Tennessee per Quote #B790416 in the amount of $110,249.28 to be paid from CARES Act Fund, 142-72120-599-930 to be used for additional sanitizing and disinfecting of athletic areas, food preparation areas, and other areas in each as needed.

V. Approval to purchase twenty (20) bottle filler water stations from FEL - Cookeville, Tennessee in the amount of $21,831 to be paid from 141-72310-599 to be reimbursed by the Putnam County Capital Project fund.

VI. Approval of the Putnam County School System Return to School Plan.
