Bid No. 13-30 - HVAC Repairs and Electrical Replacements
Rationale:  Daniel Kleindienst recommends rejecting  the portion of the bid on Cascade Elementary Cooling Tower repairs as they have determined that the total cost of repairs is very near the cost of a total replacement for the cooling tower.  Maintenance is in the process of bidding otu a new cooling tower.

The base bid from Billy Thomas Plumbing & Electric in the amount of $22,400.00 is recommended for approval.

The bid from Mechancial Resource Group is being recommended as lowest and best bid for Cascade High School Chiller compressor replacement in the amount of $25,169.00.

The bid from Billy Thomas Plumbing and Electric in the amount of $27,100.00 is being recommended for Southside School electrical repairs/upgrades.
