1. Call to Order
Discussion:
The Executive Committee of the Marshall County Board of Education, comprised of Chairman of the Board Donnie Moses and Director of Schools Jackie Abernathy, spoke by phone Thursday, December 18, 2014, at approximately 2:00 p.m. to discuss approving bids on two portables at Chapel Hill Elementary School.

No Action(s) have been added to this Agenda Item.
Discussion:
Discussions revealed that in order to have one of the portables moved by January 10, the bids needed to be approved before the next board meeting.
Only one bid was submitted for each portable: Will Gold bid $500.00 for each portable ($1,000.00 total).
