Discussion:
The Executive Committee of the Marshall County Board of Education, comprised of Chairman of the Board Mike Keny and Director of Schools Jackie Abernathy, spoke by phone Friday, October 26, 2012, at approximately 3:15 p.m. from the office of Director of Schools at the Central Office. Coordinator of Secondary Instruction Beth Smith was also in attendance. The meeting was held to approve substituting approximately 36 eighth grade textbooks with 30 e-readers in the literature adoption. The textbook will be uploaded into the e-readers.
